So what would correspond with "abortion?" Try this. Replace Catholics with African Americans, and JFK with Barack Obama, and then replace abortion with homosexual marriage. It's true that belief in heterosexual marriage is not inherent in being of the black African race the way defense of innocent life is inherent in Catholicism, but 2/3 of African Americans oppose it.

Even as a Bus. graduate, I am a little worried how much "Power & Money" is being pressed here. It sometimes seems that God is an after thought. I hope King's isn't losing it focus. There are many ways we could reach the world with the Word, it doesn't mean TKC should try to do them all.

As a Mennonite (branch of the Anabaptists) and King's alumnus, I found your article quite fascinating. While I will have to read Yoder's book to discover this for myself, I wonder if you have mistaken the Anabaptist, and Biblical belief, of non-resistance for pacifism. Also, I'm curious to hear more of your mention of the "flight towards Anabaptist churches." Born and raised in the Mennonite church, I've found the flight to be too often in the opposite direction. And perhaps in this "cultural moment" Anabaptists and Catholics may be friends, but if you read further in history you will note that it was the Church who persecuted and killed the Anabaptists for their beliefs.
